Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project rate is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days unless otherwise stated in the contract. If an extended payment window is agreed upon, it must be specified in writing prior to the event date. Final deliverables will not be released until the balance is paid in full.Late feels will be assessed after the 5th business day/day after agreed upon payment date for 10% of the total project. Large-scale events or projects requiring increased deliverables will incur additional fees, to be determined based on the scope of the additional deliverables requested.
Raw Footage & Audio
Raw, unedited video footage and/or original audio clips are not included in standard packages. If requested, these files can be provided at an additional fee of $150 . Raw files will be delivered “as-is” without color correction, audio mixing, or edits, and the client acknowledges that quality may vary. The client assumes all responsibility for how raw files are used, edited, or presented thereafter.
Mobile Device /Social Content Capture Exception:
All iPhone/Social Content Capture packages include delivery of raw, unedited clips within 48 hours of the event via cloud transfer. Raw files will be provided “as-is” and may vary in quality. Edited clips, if requested, are subject to standard editing rates.
Social Content Delivery Timeline
For packages that include live event posting, recap reels, or social media deliverables, edited content will be provided within 72–96 hours of the event date. This extended window ensures proper editing, quality control, and accounts for consecutive bookings during peak periods. Rush delivery within 48 hours may be available for an additional 25% of the total project rate.
Holiday & High-Demand Periods
During holiday weekends or other high-demand periods, delivery timelines may be extended due to consecutive bookings with multiple clients. In such cases, final edited files will be delivered within up to 5-7 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee of 25% of the total project rate
